YOGA TEACHER, PILATES GIRL, HEALTH COACH, SOURDOUGH BAKER, FREQUENT FLYER
Kristin Monzo
Kristin’s been teaching movement and mindfulness since 2011, starting in yoga studios before bringing her classes into offices and coworking spaces. She’s taught everywhere from football fields to conference rooms to corners of tech startups, always making wellness feel approachable and honest.
In recent years, she’s added certifications in health coaching, hormone health, Pilates, and Ayurveda for wellness professionals. Her approach blends structure with flexibility and always comes back to balance. She’s an 80/20 kind of person who believes you can eat bread, enjoy sweets from time to time and still feel good in your jeans.
These days she’s leading workwell collective with a team that shares her mission to make wellness practical, approachable and built for real workdays.
BALLERINA, AQUARIUS, OAT MILK LATTE ADDICT, MOM OF 3
Jen Tedesco
Jen found her love of movement as a professional ballet dancer and has been teaching ever since. She’s been comprehensively certified in Pilates since 2014 and brings serious expertise, wrapped in good energy and good playlists, to every class she leads.
At workwell, she’s our go-to for mat Pilates and barre. Whether she’s cueing a killer core sequence or leading a midday stretch reset, Jen knows how to make movement approachable, energizing, and fun.
She’s a proud vegan, gummy candy lover, and mom to three teens and five rescue pets. Catch her between classes with an iced oat milk latte in hand (or a Diet Coke, balance, right?) and always rooting for her students to feel strong, supported, and maybe a little sweaty.
RUNNER, HIKER, RESTAURANT OWNER, HEALTH COACH, TEXTBOOK VIRGO, OYSTER LOVER
Ashley Coyne
Ashley has always been on the move. A high school and college athlete, she went on to study at the University of Tennessee and still loves a good sweat, whether it’s an Orange Theory class, a long run, or a walk with her dog Neiko. She’s equally happy exploring new mountains or tracking down the best restaurants in whatever city she’s visiting.
Nine years ago, she opened goodbeet, a fast-casual spot built from her own need for quick, healthy, seed-oil-free takeout. Living with food allergies made her passionate about finding better options, and eventually, that passion expanded into helping others do the same. Recently, she completed her health coaching certification through IIN, turning years of personal experience into a professional skillset.
At workwell, Ashley is here to help clients cut through the noise, simplify healthy choices, and make small shifts that stick.
OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST, DANCER, RUNNER, SEED CYCLER, SUGAR COOKIE LOVER
Amanda Ross
Amanda brings a rare mix of science, movement, and fun to everything she does. As a licensed Occupational Therapist (MS, OTR/L) with experience in pediatrics, sports medicine, pelvic floor health, and acute care, she knows exactly how posture, alignment, and daily habits affect the way we feel. She’s also a certified Pilates instructor, former dancer of 25 years, and marathon runner, so she understands movement from every angle.
For workwell collective, Amanda is our go-to for ergonomic workspace setups, helping employees fine-tune their environment so they can work comfortably, prevent injuries, and feel their best. Whether she’s adjusting a desk chair or leading a Pilates session, her approach is practical, encouraging, and rooted in real expertise.
Outside of work, Amanda is a proud dog mom, daily oatmeal loyalist, and someone who fully embraces life’s little joys. She loves reading romance novels, walking on the beach and dancing in her kitchen.
Why do we call ourselves pros?
Because we are.
We’re experienced, educated, and seriously dedicated to what we do. This isn’t a side hustle. It’s where we put our time, energy and heart. We’ve spent years honing our crafts in movement, coaching, mindfulness, and more.
But “professional” felt too buttoned-up. “Pros” felt right. It says, we know our stuff but we’re still relaxed enough to roll up to your office in sneakers, cue the playlist, and get to work.
