At workwell collective, we make work feel better. Our team brings movement, mindfulness, ergonomic support and coaching right into the spaces where people spend most of their day. how the collective came to be.

Kristin first learned the power of workplace wellness as a solo teacher, guiding office yoga and meditation sessions across Philadelphia and South Jersey. But one person can only go so far. After COVID, it was time for something new. Enter workwell collective! A fresh start and a strong team. TOGETHER we bring movement, mindfulness and coaching into the spaces where people need it most. The impact comes from the collective because that’s where the magic is.

move well

Our movement-based classes are offered in person or virtually, whatever fits your team best. We teach yoga, mat Pilates, barre, and bootcamp-style sessions that are energizing, approachable, and fun. Whether someone’s a seasoned athlete or getting back into it, our instructors make movement feel good.

No equipment required. All you need is space to move and a team ready to recharge.

think well

Our guided meditation sessions are 20 minutes of calm, focus and breath. No incense, no sitting cross-legged, a simple midday reset your team will look forward to. Each session includes 5 to 10 minutes of chair stretching to help your team release tension and reset.

We offer these in person or virtually but virtual makes sense when your team is spread out. No space requirements, no setup. Only a screen, a chair and a moment to slow down.

Health coaching can feel vague. So what is it really? Our integrative health coaches act as accountability partners, helping people build sustainable habits around energy, stress, sleep and nutrition. It’s dedicated time to zoom out, see the big picture, and identify where small shifts can create meaningful change.

We make coaching work for your team. Some companies like bi-weekly virtual office hours where employees can pop in for confidential one-on-one sessions. Others prefer a monthly group format with optional 1:1 add-ons for deeper support. Whether it’s upper management or the entire office, we’ll design a schedule and setup that fits your people best.

Think of this as a posture check but upgraded. An occupational therapist trained to do ergonomic evaluations visits your office to assess each employee’s work station and make expert adjustments that support alignment, comfort and long-term health.

It’s smart, preventative care that helps your team feel better all day long. Pair it with meditation sessions and we’ll include personalized desk stretches for a full reset.
