Movement Classes

Our movement classes are offered in person or virtually, whatever works best for your team. We teach yoga, mat Pilates, barre and bootcamp-style sessions designed to boost energy, reduce stress and help people feel better in their bodies.

Each class supports strength, posture, circulation and mental clarity offering a reset in the middle of the workday. Our sessions welcome all experience levels, and our instructors know how to keep things accessible and engaging. The goal is to get people moving, keep them encouraged and give them a boost of energy to finish the day.

 

Guided Meditation Sessions

Our guided meditation sessions are 20 minutes of calm, focus and breath designed for the mid afternoon slump.

Led virtually or in person, these sessions help employees reset, recharge, and return to their day with more clarity and ease. Each session includes simple breathwork, light chair stretches and mindfulness tools that anyone can use, no experience needed.

It’s a low-lift offering with a high return! Less stress, better focus and a team that feels more grounded and present.

Health Coaching

Health coaching is the support for the stuff that impacts how your team feels both on and off the clock.

Our integrative health coaches help employees build sustainable habits around stress, energy, sleep and nutrition. Practical strategies that fit into real life.

Group on one on one sessions give your people space to check in, reset and make small changes that add up to feeling better, showing up stronger and staying well.

 

Ergonomic Workstation Setup

Some organizations have a full ergonomic team on staff. We’ve got something smarter: an occupational therapist who’s studied ergonomic setup and knows how to make the most of what you already have.

This is a cost-effective way to make sure your team is supported (literally). She’ll assess each employee’s desk and chair, making small adjustments that can have a big impact. A footrest here, a pillow for lumbar support there. It’s about alignment, posture and long-term comfort using what’s already in place.

This offering pairs perfectly with meditation sessions. Once their setup is dialed in, we guide them through chair stretches and breathing practices to reset the body and the mind.
